i bought this amp about 7 days ago and i hooked it up and it made my kicker l5 hit harder than my volfenhag 1000 watt amp it sounds great and is a great buy for the money at first i didnt think it would do very good because it was only about 60 dollars but when i hooked it up it really surprised me the only thing is its pretty big so if ur trying to fit this amp under ur seat then dont buy this one, great product

If you are questioning whether or not to buy this amp ponder no more. Ive been pushing its limits for 4 months now and it is still kicking just as hard as the day i installed it. Sceptical at first, pleased after time with performance.

OK before writing a review on a product you should learn how the other important components operate. Point im making comes from those who rated one to two stars saying this amp quit working, without first mentioning whether or not they first checked the ground, inline fuse, or the amp fuse...basics for power supply, next the remote turn on and gauge of the power and ground supply wire and their connection to their proper locations. Real easy to fry an amp with simple miscalculation. I know I sound cynical by now, but please stop judging without proper backing of facts. Also maybe the vehicle battery is old or incapable of supplying power to 1600 watts, I suggest a capacitor, I know they seem like a trouble to install but fairly simple if you read and take your time. Also for those saying im trying to save money, remember car audio is on the decline and once $200 high farad capacitors are very cheap such as to my surprise $34. Any way most problems in amps can be solved by simple soldering or just return the amp.
Open the casing find the burned or blackened solder that has been broken and apply a small dab of solder to complete the circuit. Only try this if your well versed in electronics or in other words my disclaimer of DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. These can be explosive results trust me. Any way Pyramid is old but once reined as a champ in the past. You know before gangsta hip hop money money money all I care about rap. Have fun slow down and wire like a mad scientist before you give up!
