Looking on amazon, thinking, a 2000watt rms amplifier for 120$ total? Some things were too good to be true. I'll leave this review with a decent list of pros and cons, but theres some things that NEED to be said. First- This amplifier does NOT allow you to mount it anywhere. You must take off the 2 brackets on the sides with a hex key, then you have this extremely narrow hole to put your screws. A pain, but not the reason why i knocked any stars off.
Heres the thing, even if this amplifier could do 1000 watts, you pretty much can't. It has extremely small terminals, that I can't even fit any 4 gauge terminals or wire into, not alone the 0 gauge I had ran out to it. After so long, I ended up giving up, running a small 8 gauge from a 0 gauge distrubtion block. ANY powerful amp typically uses either decent sized terminals, or a direct connection without terminals at all. Even my 200 watt boss 4 channel amp has bigger terminals than this thing.
And here brings us to the big reality, this amp is 650rms at 1 ohm. Plugged a dyno into it, and it couldn't budge above 650. Why? It has 2 30 amp fuses, making it impossible to go above 720watts. Just for one, I plugged up 4 4ohm subwoofers totalling up to 1ohm and 1700watts rms, and this thing couldn't push any of them half way decent.
BUT! Bottom line, if you want a subpar amp to power about 550-700watts of a subwoofer, this is....ok? Just believe me, its not the power rating that makes me mad. Its the fact that planet audio thought they could put these SMALL terminals on it, and making it harder to mount this thing than to become rich.

Since there are little images on the internet showing this product running and almost no images of the terminals, I'm going to put down what I got:
In the package theres obviously the amp, the device (bear with me) to unscrew the side pieces, screws for mounting, two data cables, and a bass control remote.
The bass control remote was something I didn't even realize this came with. When everything is connected, the blue logo on the top is illuminated and bottom portion of the top lights up with the words "Anarchy".
Now to the features:
I'm running two Alpine Type-r 10" at 500w rms and 1500w peak (SWR-1042). This amp fit perfectly to my subs. However, there are two fuses at 30a each, meaning I'm not quite sure if it will push what it says, but I believe it does. My subs pound.
The screw terminals are the correct size, but I haven't seen anyone post (albeit one person) about the 12v and ground terminals.
This is the one flaw.
An amp potentially pushing 3000w should have at least a 0g wire connection, the the ring-screw terminals are made for an 8g wire. The reason I still gave it 5 stars is because this isn't a funtion issue, rather just another tedious task to connecting your subs. Myself, I had a 0g wire and the size was about half an inch too big to fit. I rigged it (not nessasary) and broke the a side off of each of the terminals for a bigger slot. Unfortunatley, this still was big enough because the metal ring wouldn't fit through the hole. To combat this, I filed it down to a size that fits. It took quite a bit of effort, but it worked. It does it's job once it fits.
Another feature is the sides of the amp that must be taken off to fit a screwdriver into the holes. This makes it look pretty when everything is hooked up.
Finally, don't do what I did.
I (half-baked) wired the 12v and ground with only a little wiring. The screw fit in crooked and the wires didn't connect successfully. Not only this but I grounded it in a bad spot with duct tape. When I connected the negative battery, a spark arose and my fuse blew. Bought a new fuse the next day, and did it right.
Conclusion.. If you need an amp with this much power, go for it. It's pretty, lights up, has a lot of power, takes up little space, has a remote bass knob, and is affordable.

By DeanB
I bought this amp through amazon, i used to run nothing but Hifonics and Fosgate, but i did a little research on this brand and decided to try it. I am running it to 1 15" MOFO at a 1 ohm load, the woofer is a Dual 2 ohm woofer. And this thing Pounds!!! I plan on getting a second amp and one more 15 and running 6000 watts. Very impressed with amp.
